What payment methods do you accept?
We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay and ShopPay.

How to use the FREET code?
Add any 3 products to your cart. Add a 4th product (T-shirt) and proceed to checkout where you will enter 'FREET' discount code. Once applied, the value of the T-shirt will be deducted from the total.
Please note there is no limit. For example, if 8 items (of which atleast 2 are T-shirts) are added to cart and code FREET is used at checkout. Customer will only pay for 6 items and 2 T-shirts will be deducted from total.

Delivery
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Can I make a change to my order once it’s placed?
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed if it’s been assigned a tracking number. If it’s not fulfilled you can contact us through sales@fallainfitness.co.uk or our live chat to make any amendments.
How many days will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be fulfilled within 2 days and then processed by your chosen courier in the following time:
Standard delivery is 2-4 business days
Next day delivery DPD 1-3 business days
During sale periods, orders may take longer to process.
What carrier service do you use?
Evri – standard
DPD – next day
How can I track where my package is?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number for your selected courier. You can then use the courier website or APP to track your package.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted, provided we receive your items back within 14 days of the receipt of goods, or we receive proof of postage/ tracking details that they were sent back within this period.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in the original packaging. Each item is packed with love and care and we would like to receive them back in the same condition. For more information, please read our full return policy.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please fill out the returns slip so we can identify your order. It is important that you obtain a delivery service that allows tracking of the items. We ask that you send the item(s) back at your cost and that any exchanged items will then be re-sent out and covered by us.
How long will my refund take to process?
Refunds will be provided once the items are returned, verified and processed within 3 days.
What should I do if I’ve received a damaged product?
If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at sales@fallainfitness.co.uk or through the live chat within 14 days of receiving the order.
